Hi Wanda >>>Canada needs to implement something like this I agree considering that most of our riders are pleasure riders. The challenge is getting someone to impelement the program. We talked about it and I was trying to put together a booklet for people to keep track but never managed. I guess if we got a sample of what the US does it would make sense..... if someone has time.
