I live in sunny California near the coast and when we got up this morning the thermometer read 26 degrees. I slid and skinned my knee on the deck and my newly planted Impatiens froze. We usually can plant after St Patricks day. It is supposed to get colder tonight. it is very clear and that is a big part of the problem. Ann
