One of Marty's favorite tricks was to drag home some carcass he found in the trees and leave it carelessly on the deck. This was usually just before we were having guests to a BBQ. It became situation normal to have a shovel nearby..and usually something with fur and legs went off to the burning barrel. I'm sure Marty thought he was providing his share to the pot luck supper...
