What a shame. They had the lesser of two evils going on IMO. But the trend seems to be Iceland attempts to adopt what the outside world is doing with horses I've noticed -- or at least their version of it. So, not too surprising they've started to move away from their own tradition regarding outdoor icetolts. That's too bad. -- Renee M. in Michigan
