i have no idea how the tree fits inside the saddle -- it is quilted and
i think the flocking raises the cantle significantly, so the rider's
hips are forward of what appears to be the low part in that picture.  i'm 
in the middle of the centered-riding instructor's program atm, and have 
been checking my riders' vertical alignment of "building blocks" with a
straight stick, so i am fairly confident of my findings.

my own sensation english trail leaves a bit to be desired in the
legs-beneath area, but i am assured by my dealer that this will
dissipate as the saddle breaks in, so i have no comment on it yet.
