It was my intention to have alpacas until the horses ate the money.
They are very expensive. You must be rich! They are gentle.They have no
bottom teeth. The fighting teeth are usually filed down. They help to
control worms so they are very useful. They can also be clicker
trained, theres a job training 52 alpacas!;). I don't think you will
have a problem but like any animal it depends on how they have been
handled. The body language will tell you. I know that people here keep
alpacas and horses successfully.
