and no helmet.  Florida just passed a horse helmet law last week, the
first ever.  But its only for kids 16 and under, and exempt in rodeos
and horse shows!!  What are they thinking?!?!  Every day on the news
they've been reporting on it showing people kicked in the head in
rodeos and horse shows and saying how its exempt there.  why even
BOTHER good grief!  I am so mad I could spit.
