The only horses that I think MIGHT be impressed (somewhat - maybe) with seeing worked with fire in any "trail" sense might be police horses, or any horses used for patrol and/or search and rescue. In those cases, though, for it to have any remote meaning as a trail skill, I'd want to see the horses listening carefully and responding deliberately to a particular request that might simulate a real-world need, not running around in some adrenaline rush in a meaningless activity as these seem to be doing. Somehow, as I write this, I don't even think it would make sense to use horses for rescues in forest fire area since I doubt they'd let volunteer groups in to assist if the fires where that close and threatening...? So, no probably not even for search and rescue teams, and that would probably leave only a VERY few police horses, making this a extremely obscure skill to need.
