You go girl!!

I've been a holistic health care practitioner for 23 years now specializing
in natural foods & acupressure.  That diet is a pretty healthy one from what
I've seen some of my new clients come from.   I'd just add much more low
starch veggies to the mix.   If zucchini is allowed on your diet, try to add
as much of that as you can.  It has a very alkalinizing mineral profile,
helps to shed bloat , water weight & balances the liver.

In fact a soup of 1 lb green beans (frozen is fine), 4-6 med zucchini, & a
handful of parsley tops simmered covered for 15-18 min. until tender, then
blended is one of the best balancers you can do.  Great as a de-tox...after
overindulging, or if you just feel under the weather.  The weight will just
pour off of you if you drink 1-2 cups a day in additition to whole grains,
veggies & protein with some fruit.  One batch lasts quite a few days.  In
fact I tell my clients everytime you have a piece of bread , flour products
or pasta, have a cup of this to balance the acidity.
