at one point yesterday, when stonewall was terrified and in a panic, I saw him headed toward a corridor where I had closed a gate at the end and knew if he went in there full blown it was gonna be a HUGE train wreck. I just knew he was going there. So I ran up in it and when he came thundering and aiming right for it I just threw my arms wide and hollered as loud as I could and he hit the brakes so hard he sent up huge rooster tails of dirt with all four feet. I didnt think twice about it and later my husband said "I thought you were a goner" . He said he watched thinking nothing on earth would stop that horse from running me down and when I rose up at him it was like he thought I was fifty feet tall. I think they think of us and see our spirit inside, not our actual size. And thats why a little brat like curly ray has everyone afraid of him. They see his spirit not his real size.
