Thanks, Sylvia. If I'm on a horse, there's a good chance I'm smiling and happy. Sometimes when I'm having a bad day, I just look at a few pictures of myself riding. I used to worry about my equitation, and I still worry about stuff like my weight. But mostly these days what I see is a joyous memory, and that's more important than just about anything. Maybe that's an idea of what we should all do - send in pictures of ourselves beaming and happy on our ponies - no matter what we're wearing and how we ride. Karen Thomas, NC
