That's what I think, also.  Plus, there are three-gaited Icelandics, and we 
need an acceptable category for them.

A lot of times the breeders, judges, sellers, clinicians, and trainers do 
not know how to identify gait.  It seems that if an Icelandic paces as a 
youngster, he's called a natural tolter.  This incorrect info gets 
perpetuated by newer owners and breeders.
