I'm seeing a SELinux security module for el5 in the Icinga-1.5.1 source, but it doesn't seem to be referenced anywhere (e.g. no build target, no install, etc.) Is this usable or is it a work in progress?

chris was working on that a while ago, but then got other things to do. so this remains a position to be filled.

The icinga.fc file for the el5 module doesn't quite match the Icinga rpm release for el5. For example, the module references /var/spool/icinga while the rpm release installs to /var/icinga (assuming this is the equivalent).

this hasn't been updated by myself as i don't have any knowledge on selinux and variants. i only took the hat of updating the spec file because i am aware of all changes we do in the core development. but that's also a position to be taken by someone with proper knowledge in the future.

so if you have something to patch, just lemme know.

kind regards,
michael
