Icinga 2 does not execute any host checks. Instead hosts may inherit the
service check's virtual state, if defined.
Our intent with setting that value to 0 by default was to tell the truth
about it, but maybe it will harm addons screaming for an error then.
status.dat does have it set to 1 even if not true, because Classic UI
doesn't like it either. Feel free to open a ticket / provide a patch for
livestatus then.
