Oh actually, I think my browser was caching that jessie page... I see it
now.

I had a slow mirror I was using for Debian packages, as it wasn't carrying
the new packages.

Switching to the root servers yielded these packages:

dpkg -l | grep libdbi
ii libdbd-pgsql:amd64 0.9.0-3 amd64
PostgreSQL database server driver for libdbi
ii libdbi-dev 0.9.0-2 amd64
DB Independent Abstraction Layer for C -- development files
ii libdbi-perl 1.631-2 amd64
   Perl Database Interface (DBI)
rc libdbi0 0.8.3+really0.8.2-1 amd64
Database Independent Abstraction Layer for C
ii libdbi1:amd64 0.9.0-2 amd64
DB Independent Abstraction Layer for C -- shared library

After this upgrade, I can start ido2db now.

Thanks a bunch for your help!
James
