Hallo all,
i figured out that the CGI-scripts searches the .ssi-files in
/usr/share/icinga/ssi/. I linked /usr/share/icinga/ssi to
/usr/share/icinga/htdocs/ssi and the status-header.ssi file are loading.
This may be an packaging error in the Debian packages from debmon.org.
