from Icinga2 I encountered a problem.
With the "DB IDO: Add program_version column to programstatus table" commit
you changed the sql schema version to 1.11.8. But in the last line of the
sql files (lib/db_ido_mysql/schema/mysql.sql for MySQL) you still uses the
version 1.11.7. This makes Icinga2 fail the start up, because of the
mismachting version number.
Can you please fix that?

Fixed already. Please try again (git pull; vagrant destroy; vagrant up)
