Hello Vijay , - "notifications" displays the amount of notifications that have been sent to contacts - "defects" shows the amount of events that are "not OK" - "Time to reaction" is the time delay between a problem notification and the acknowledgement

Are these total number of defects happened till that time in chosen time period? What are notification corresponding to defects? And in second graph what are notifications and corresponding time to react? Time to react for what? Any info or explanation much appreciated?
