We’ve decided to implement our own API actions for such external commands
including advanced filters in 2.4 and therefore won’t add any commands to the
remaining external command pipe just serving as compatibility layer for
existing applications. The mentioned command isn’t used anywhere in our
projects (BY_HOST_NAME unfortunately is inside the Classic UI) so we won’t add
it.

Kind regards,
Michael
