Hi thanks for the response.
I think I found it. I'm a beginner with SELinux and hadn't installed
setroubleshoot-server packages.
With the setroubleshoot-server packages the error was:
SELinux is preventing /usr/sbin/httpd from name_connectaccess on
tcp_socket
the seboolean that needed to be changed
is httpd_can_network_connect and httpd_can_network_connect_db
