If you like the graphics from zabbix, you may want to go with pnp - it’s graphs 
are looking similar. We successfully used it for several years.
If you would like to do „more“ with the performance data, you sure want to go 
with graphite. It’s way more than just a collector and visualizer, but 
(depending on your setup) may need more (IO-)power than pnp.
