After a quick google search I found this post in the Service Now community: https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=community_question&sys_id=c3489d3fdb611b004816f3231f961940 You will also need to spend several hours reading the Service Now documentation regarding its REST API and how to set your SLAs properly. This is way more important than the actual script / application coding process.
