download on all 4 files and here is the output:
$ md5sum -c icinga-1.0.2.tar.gz.md5
icinga-1.0.2.tar.gz: Ok
$ md5sum -c icinga-web-1.0.1.tar.gz.md5
icinga-web-1.0.1.tar.gz: Ok
The tarballs are rechecked several times before being uploaded to SF.net
- maybe they have known issues on their download servers.

When I try to do a gunzip I get
gzip: icinga-1.0.2.tar.gz: invalid compressed data--crc error
gzip: icinga-1.0.2.tar.gz: invalid compressed data--length error
tar --xzf gives
tar -xzf icinga-1.0.2.tar.gz
tar: Skipping to next header
tar: Exiting with failure status due to previous errors
Doing an md5 on the files gives
#md5sum -c icinga-1.0.2.tar.gz.md5
icinga-1.0.2.tar.gz: FAILED
md5sum: WARNING: 1 of 1 computed checksum did NOT match
# md5sum -c icinga-web-1.0.1.tar.gz.md5
icinga-web-1.0.1.tar.gz: FAILED
md5sum: WARNING: 1 of 1 computed checksum did NOT match
