just two hours after I send my issue, I was advised to try the latest
stuff from git under "rbartels/cgi-current" and it fixed my problem.

since I updated to Icinga 1.2.0 I've the problem that icinga lost the
downtime when it is restarted. After the restart I see the downtime in
the "Scheduled Host Downtime" list, but the host it self is not in
scheduled downtime anymore. The downtime comment still persists. I
couldn't find anything in the logfile yet.
