Hello all,
I'm new to icinga and just ran a base install using the icinga quickstart with idoutils. I'm setting it up to use a mysql database. I've run through the quickstart and got to the point of starting ido2db and got the following message when I tried to start it:
ido2db PID not running. Removing lockfile.
Starting ido2db:Support for the specified database server is either not yet supported, or was not found on your system.
0 drivers available:
done.
I'm running mysql 5.1.52 on RHEL 4 with libdbi-0.8.3 and libdbi-drivers-0.8.3-1. I checked the ido2db.cfg and do have mysql selected as the database. I compiled the libdbi-driver --with-mysql. I'm kinda stuck here. Let me know if anyone has any suggestions! If you need additional info I'd be happy to provide it!
Thanks,
Missy

I'm just curious. You installed the following packages?

mysql mysql-server libdbi libdbi-devel libdbi-drivers libdbi-dbd-mysql
