In the quickstart guide for fedora there is:
> yum install net-snmp net-snmp-devel

I encountered a silent problem where the nagios plugins would not compile
specifically check_hpjd because configure was looking for
/usr/bin/snmpgetnext.
This is located within net-snmp-utils package.
I propose a change of the above command to:
> yum install net-snmp net-snmp-devel net-snmp-utils
