If you followed any of the existing LDAP cook books, then you'll need to do
"dn=Manager,dc=example,dc=org". you have to specify the bind DN, basically.

Subject: [icinga-users] Icinga+Lconf

Hi Guys,

I am new to icinga. I am able to install icinga web and am now trying to
install LConf. I installed slapd as openldap server. When I run this
command:-

ldapadd -x -D "dc=example,dc=org" -W -f ./source/base.ldif

It ask for password. If I give no password, i get this

"ldap_bind: Server is unwilling to perform (53)
additional info: unauthenticated bind (DN with no password)
disallowed"

and if I give e.g root password, I get

"ldap_bind: Invalid credentials (49)"

Can anybody help me. Also how can I than integrate LConf into Icinga-web
interface?

Thanx in advance.
Regards
Saqib
