Just wondered what you guys use to monitor remote syslog events and produce alerts based on predefined conditions. Given I have Icinga I'd rather not maintain a completely new monitoring solution.
There are several windows event log to syslog services but I haven't found much on actually parsing txt log files and generating passive events for use with icinga or sending them to a syslog server.
