First, their is no htpasswd2 in CentOS, and are you simply adding the ./ in your email? Second, why not use the docs for the application you are installing versus some random page on the net? See http://docs.icinga.org/latest/en/ Lastly, compiling from source? Sigh, bad tutorial... You shouldn't do that on a package managed distribution, proper packages have been created.
