Dear Icinga Users -
I have a situation to where I need to be able
to generate a report for all services that a customer uses. Where the
situation gets fun is some of our servers are multi-tenanted and so it
makes it quite difficult with the previous version of Nagios to really
generate any reports since most of the reports are geared towards host
or servicegroup view. I noticed with Icinga it has the ability to use
"custom variables" to where I am able to tag a service with a field say
"_customer" and then put the customer name. I was wondering where I
might be able to get some information on how i could generate a report
for all services together as one that have this custom variable?
Any
ideas or feedback would be appreciated!!!
