Hi Andreas,
for each instance you have to had an own idomod configuration. In
idomod.cfg you have to change the instance name and each instance need
an own init script.
Each instance should have it´s own directory.
Example:
instance1
- symlink to sbin directory of your icinga installation
- etc (instance specific configuration)
- symlink to bin directory of your icinga installation
- symlink to share directory of your icinga installation
