Hi,

I see the same issue with empty reports. In my case the top 10 reports seem to
work, but all availability reports are empty. There is another thread in the
monitoring-portal regarding this - I think work on the fix is still in progress.

Are there any news?

Betreff: [icinga-users] Most Jasper Reports are blank / empty (Icinga-1.7.1)

Hi,

I'm using Icinga-1.7.1 with IDOUtils, Icinga-web-1.7.1 and JasperReports.

I followed these instructions
http://docs.icinga.org/1.7/en/reporting_1.6.html (bundled JasperServer).

I tried icinga-reports-1.7.0 latest icinga-reports from git and also
icinga-reports-1.6.0

In all cases most reports are empty. Working reports are
HostTop10ReportInGivenTime or the HostgroupOverviewReport. It seems that none
of the AvailabiltyReports are working.
Header an footer are visible in all reports.

I already worked through this thread:
http://www.monitoring-portal.org/wbb/index.php?page=Thread&threadID=24503 but
it didn't do the trick.

I think something is wrong with the queries. Does anybody use the reporting
successfully?

I have tons of data in icinga_statehistory. Check_mk is using this data and is
working without problems.

Any help for solving or debugging this problem is welcome!

Regards
Manfred Heubach
