there's an upgrade safe template extension which can be installed in 
order to integrate that. quite similar to the .ssi include you can do 
with icinga classic ui. check the wiki for more information and quick 
howtos (unless your package repository did not already have this enabled).

given that you're talking about the config items icon_image or likewise 
action|notes_url, those are visible in icinga web as well once set.

most likely your entire nagios configuration should be compatible and 
easy loadable (given some adaptions on paths which may differ). check 
the upgrade docs on that, or refer to the wiki too (i recently wrote an 
extended "migrate from nagios to icinga" guide.
