with a script parsing the inbox on patterns, and then sending an 
external command to icinga, it's possible. as this highly depends on 
your mailclient / subject/body syntax / etc it's unlikely that there are 
complete scripts out there - one wrote a (not yet verified) script to 
autoreply to acknowledge notified problems.
