Unfortunately I just found out the following:

That doesn't work as expected (which may be a bug,... or at least a

When I refine hosts, and have more than one host in the host_name
list.... ONLY the last one gets the refined options.



Similarly,... if in the refined definition, I use
        hostgroup_name                  all
again,... which I thought would just overwrite all services then with
the settings from the child object definition... a random hostname of
the "all" group is chosen and only that one gets refined settings.
When I say random this means, that it's not special host object name
(e.g. the alphabetically last or first)... but when restarting, it's
always the same one.
