Hello -- I found the problem: The pnp4nagios file, located in the /etc/httpd/conf.d folder, was pointing to /usr/local/nagios/etc/htpasswd instead of the /usr/local/icinga/etc/htpasswd file. Once I made the change, the login worked without issue.
