Hi,

I would like to know if the following can be done in icinga :
I have thousands of people in my AD. They belong to AD groups.

Is there a way to map the AD groups to Icinga (icinga-web) groups ?

you can import your ad groups (users) into icinga web, and set their permissions within icinga web then. i am not entirely sure what you mean with "mapping" - are there any existing groups of users already existing in the icinga webs internal auth database?

I think it will be very difficult to do that.
My goals :
more than 30000 users in my AD. less than 900 people can have access to icinga.
more than 810 sites
more than 1000 AD groups.

The 810 sites have one people in one group which can access icinga and he will be able to see only its machines. The sites can move. So it is not a fixed configuration. People are moving too. The 810 sites are specifics and will have only specific permissions. The same for all sites : They only see their machines and can send them commands

The less we have in icinga, the better the configuration

If you have a script which can do that, I'll can test it.
