In the Classic UI the number is right there in the TAC Header at the top in
the Critical display portion of the Services line. In addition, you
can quickly get to the actual list of them because each number (e.g. 0/0/0)
as well as the word CRITICAL are links that will bring you from left to
right to:
All UNACKNOWLEDGED Critical Services
http://YOURDOMAIN/icinga/cgi-bin/status.cgi?host=all&type=detail&servicestatustypes=16&hoststatustypes=3&serviceprops=2097162
All ACKNOWLEDGED Critical Services
http://YOURDOMAIN/icinga/cgi-bin/status.cgi?host=all&type=detail&servicestatustypes=16&hoststatustypes=3&serviceprops=2097158
All HANDLED Critical Services
http://YOURDOMAIN/icinga/cgi-bin/status.cgi?host=all&type=detail&servicestatustypes=16&serviceprops=1048576
ALL Critical Services
http://YOURDOMAIN/icinga/cgi-bin/status.cgi?host=all&type=detail&servicestatustypes=16
If you are using icinga-web, it also displays the same numbers and I
believe has similar links as well.
