Hi everybody!

This is my first post. I have to admit that Icinga is the most powerful
monitoring open tool I've ever seen!

Few days ago I launched an EC2 micro instance with Debian Squeeze. Following
the steps from Icinga Docs was very easy to set the thing up and running. But
from the very beginning, several sections in the web panel show an error:

Unable to open "log_archive_path" -> "/var/log/icinga/archives/"!!!

I've been browsing through /etc/icinga/icinga.cfg but everything looks correct:

icinga_user=nagios
icinga_group=nagios
log_rotation_method=d
log_archive_path=/var/log/icinga/archives

Archives directory shows these rights:

drwxr-s--x  2 nagios adm  4096 dic 15 00:00 archives

Also, rotation is working and it's saving the archives:

-rw-r--r-- 1 nagios adm  1222 dic 11 23:14 icinga-12-12-2012-00.log
-rw-r--r-- 1 nagios adm  2466 dic 12 23:14 icinga-12-13-2012-00.log
-rw-r--r-- 1 nagios adm 39837 dic 13 23:26 icinga-12-14-2012-00.log
-rw-r--r-- 1 nagios adm  7527 dic 14 23:19 icinga-12-15-2012-00.log

What am I missing?

Thank you!
