I think so.

I installed icinga on the box I am monitoring my SAP boxes with (using
nagios), copied the files from /etc/nagios/sapmon to
/etc/icinga/sapmon, configured icinga so that all files in this
directory are used, and started icinga. That was my migration :-)

I'm not sure what data you want to migrate to icinga. I left
everything (plugins, eventhandlers, ...) where it was.
