Khaja,
It looks like you have a syntax error in your icinga.cfg file. This is hinted
by this line in the error output:
: Unexpected token or statement in file
'/usr/local/icinga/etc/conf.d/icinga.cfg' on line 18.
Please provide that configuration file so we can tell you where that is.
