cfg_file=/etc/icinga/commands.cfg cfg_dir=/etc/nagios-plugins/config cfg_dir=/etc/icinga/objects/ cfg_dir=/etc/icinga/modules showing correct cfg_file and cfg_dir entries which is completely different to the lines you're showing?!
