Ok so the flapping was suppressing the expected notifications. might be 
an idea to experiment a bit with the flapping threshold of that service. 
or, if you actually want to get notifies no matter what, disable flap 
detection for that service.

the comments are btw shown on the icinga guis on the details, so you 
should recognize them there as well. this one was autogenerated by the 
flapping mechanism.
