The version of Icinga is 1.6.1.
I'm running it on SUSE 11.
The following add-ons are installed:
Nagios-plugins: 1.4.15-34
Nrpe: 2.12
Nsca: 2.9.1
Check_mysql_health: 2.1.7
pnp4nagios: 0.6.17
Here is the notification log entry in the icinga.log file:
[1366094186] SERVICE NOTIFICATION: john_p_grieb;nyci-clalcpr03;Linux Service
Nitro;CRITICAL;notify-service-by-email;/etc/init.d/nitro CRITICAL - Service NOT
Running. Exit code: 768. Checking for service nitro ..unused
