I have a RHEL 6.3 server running:

I'm running into a number of problems, but let's start here, I'm trying to ack
some alerts:
Web Page (default /server/icinga/):
Error: Could not open command file '/var/spool/icinga/cmd/icinga.cmd' for
update!
The permissions on the external command file and/or directory may be incorrect.
