Ah, I looked under /usr/share/icinga-web/etc/schema/ whereas the files you
reference ended up at /usr/share/doc/icinga-web-1.9.0/schema/updates/pgsql/

My bad.

Now that I think about this, the -web spec changed wrt schema files at one point
but I fail to recall how exactly...
