Thanks. We're testing that now on a few hosts (at the 30 second level), and is working as expected.
Two followup questions: 1) Is this type of example documented anywhere? There seems to be an assumption that check_interval is supposed to be an integer. 2) Related question for Icinga-2: I noticed that you're going to change the check intervals to just '#min' instead of the current setup (thanks btw).
