Whilst that's not a part of the existing CGI framework (and I can't
comment on the new Web interface) it's possible to create such a query
by taking a look at the "cgiutils.h" source and crafting search
criteria that will precisely meet your needs for ACKed host/services
that have extant problems.

This is precisely why the newest versions of Icinga have the
ability to "auto-expire" acknowledgments and why it's possible to
make that behaviour the default. In big organisations, sometimes
stuff gets acknowledged with the best of intents and then due to
other issues manages to be forgotten. Since the default behaviour
of "ACKs" is perpetual the threat of something happening to the
same host/service and not being noticed becomes very real indeed
if somebody "drops the ball" on the ACK.
