please note that ms word format is not supported by the icinga project. 
the documentation exists in docbook format, which is converted and 
shipped as html for the icinga tarball, and sometimes exported as pdf 
for download.

if you choose to export different formats, you're free to try it, but 
you're on your own with that. if you encounter problems with docbook 
export please forward your questions to the docbook community then.

please keep in mind that is an open source community where people help 
each other.
your inquiry using "please send it ASAP" sounds like a support ticket 
for your support non-existing contract you actually don't pay for. 
that's the wrong place and tone.
