Think i found the problem...
The EXEC command wasn't available in the mibs...

Hi i have several snmp traps defined in icinga, al defined by the same
trapservice.
when
a trap occurs from one of the network-devices (interface up/down,
severity=normal) , i get a warning in the interface, email a.s.o.
When
a trap occurs on our tsm of v3700 tsm: open / close library door,
severity informational, v3700, email problem, severity normal), the trap
occurs in NSTi (so snmptt has seen the trap) but not under the defined
TRAP in the interface (under the TSM / v3700 services)
My icinga version is 1.9.3, snmptt 1.3, running on opensus12.2
